Unlike most end grain cutting boards that require numerous small blocks glued together in multiple directions, this board is constructed from one continuous piece of White Ash. The only glue seams run across the 12.5-inch width, allowing the beautiful grain to flow uninterrupted along the entire 18.75-inch length witht eblocks turned to book-end the grain. The result is a striking, seamless appearance that highlights the natural beauty of the wood while maintaining  the strength and durability of traditional end grain construction.
